Simple 5-Step Process
At Cherished Adorations, we strive to make the design process simple and supportive during your time of need.

Step 1 – Complete the Forms
Submit the required forms provided by Cherished Adorations with all obituary information.

Step 2 – Send Photos
Email photos to CherishedAdorations@gmail.com to be included in the memorial.

Step 3 – Payment & Agreement
Payment must be received before the design process begins, and the Client Service Agreement must be signed.

Step 4 – Review the Design Proof
A design proof will be sent for review and minor corrections if needed.

Step 5 – Final Approval
Approve the final design and sign the Proof Approval Form before printing. Most designs are ready in 2–4 days.

Cherished Adorations LLC accepts all major forms of payment. Whether you prefer to pay via credit card, mobile payment apps (Zelle, CashApp, etc.), or cash, we are here to accommodate your needs.
Please note: Full payment (as per your service agreement) is required to begin the design process.
